Privacy and error reports
What automatic error reports and reports you send contain.
Automatic error reports
After sign-in and confirmation of the account’s collection policy, Jack sends usage and automatic crash/error reports. Error reports go to Sentry in the EU. They include app and Runtime versions, operating system, account identifiers (including email and name when available), plan, organization and diagnostic context such as language, experience level and the screen where the error happened.
Automatic reports exclude prompts, replies, chat text, documents, file names and user-entered names. Stack frames use paths inside the app bundle, with home paths removed. Sentry derives country and region from the connection address before discarding the IP address. Error reports are retained for 90 days; usage analytics for one year.
When you press Send in Report a problem
Your explicit report includes what you write, a screenshot captured when the report dialog opens, app and Runtime logs, setup and health diagnostics. On a chat, it includes recent activity, including available tool calls and results; training, teaching and briefing reports use the active conversation. Signed-in reports include your account email and name when available so the team can reply.
Passwords, keys, tokens and the home path are removed from diagnostic text first. The screenshot and recent activity can still contain private chat or file content. Close sensitive content before opening the report and leave secrets out of your description. This report is sent only when you press Send and is stored by Sentry in the EU for 90 days.
Collection choices and privacy questions
Free, Pro and Team have no in-app telemetry switch. An Enterprise organization can disable collection. To object to processing or ask a privacy question, contact the team using the email below. The privacy policy explains processing and your rights, and the telemetry catalogue lists the events. This help site itself has no analytics or report form.
