Choose a plan

Free includes one AI engine, coworkers, routines and your own tasks. Pro adds multiple engines, the web app and the hosted relay. Team adds a private marketplace for sharing with your team. Enterprise adds a self-hosted relay and company-wide guardrails.

A new account can choose a 15-day Pro trial through checkout with a card, or Continue with Free. Settings shows the trial’s end date. When Pro ends, Jack asks which one engine to keep on Free.

Change your plan or payment details

In Settings, open Manage in the account banner. Change plan opens plan selection for Free accounts and Stripe’s subscription controls for paying accounts. Manage billing opens Stripe’s customer portal.

1. Choose a plan and monthly or yearly billing when offered. Read the current price and currency in the picker and checkout; tax is added at checkout.
2. Complete checkout or the billing change in the browser and return to Jack. Open again reopens the hand-off; Cancel closes the wait.
3. If the account still shows the old plan, allow the billing update to arrive. After the wait, Check again refreshes the account.

Cancel or keep a plan

Manage → Cancel plan asks for an optional reason before opening cancellation in Stripe. Skip and cancel goes straight to Stripe. Complete cancellation there; leaving the reason screen alone does not cancel.

An end-of-period cancellation shows Ends on with the date. Keep my plan reverses a pending cancellation. If Jack cannot reach its servers, it runs as Free and shows a notice; reconnect and refresh the account to confirm your plan.
